Two-storey front and side extensions help create a spacious 6-bedroomed home, with new entrance atrium, double garage with annexe above, and additional storage room with two en-suit bathrooms above.

The original home had four bedrooms and one bathroom which by extending to the side created a master and guest suite.

The entrance was transformed with a double-height atrium, the existing carport and single garage re-built as a ground floor bedroom suite and double garage with vaulted annexe bedroom and en-suite above.

The existing roofline was projected out to extend the first floor bathroom and create the atrium.

Ridge rooflights were included to bring additional light to the new landing linking to the annexe, and within the annexe bedroom itself.
